Shipping and payment conditions

Delivery:
Orders and deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping is carried out by Planzer Parcel Service (parcels) and Swiss Post (letters)..

Shipping costs and delivery times:
Your orders are delivered by the logistics company Planzer Paket and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days for orders received from Monday to Friday by 2 pm. You will be informed about the delivery by e-mail.

- Orders with a value of goods of CHF 49.00 or more are free of shipping costs.
- Orders below a value of goods of CHF 49.00 = shipping costs CHF 7.00

With Planzer Paket's "desired parcel service", you determine when and where you would like to receive your parcel. You can simply change the delivery day, have your parcel delivered to a neighbour of your choice, or have your parcel deposited at a desired location.

Payment:
Payments can be made by invoice, PayPal, PostFinance (Card & E-Finance), TWINT or credit card (MasterCard & VISA).

Purchase on account
PAYMENT ON INVOICE WITHIN 30 DAYS in collaboration with swissbilling.

swissbilling SA is the service provider that allows you to pay your order on account easily and securely. The invoice will be sent to you separately from the order by swissbilling. You can decide whether you want to receive the invoice either by e-mail or by post. The maximum order value for your first order via swissbilling for new customers is CHF 450.00. The payment period is 30 days. For security reasons, the billing address and the delivery address must match. Before the transaction is approved, swissbilling reserves the right to carry out a credit check with CRIF AG in Zurich (Tel.: 0848 333 222, www.crif.ch).

Payment by PayPal
Payment is made directly via your PayPal account. After submitting the order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal and release the value of the goods there. As soon as our PayPal account has been informed about your authorisation, the shipment will take place. When the goods are shipped, your PayPal account will be debited with the actual invoice amount.

Payment by credit card
You pay directly in the ordering process by entering your credit card details. When the goods are shipped, your credit card will be charged with the actual invoice amount.

Prices:
All prices include the statutory value added tax.

Retention of title:
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
